ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE
The purpose of the Architectural Committee is to approve initial construction and improvements on lots within the subdivision. Per our Protective Covenants, "No improvements of any kind, including but not limited to dwelling houses, barns, stables, outbuildings, fences, garages, shall ever be erected, altered or permitted to remain on any lands within Norwood Garden Estates, unless the complete architectural plans and specifications for such erection or alterations are approved by the Architectural Committee prior to the commencement of such work."
